‼️ While the following rules aim to cover the essentials, we expect @everyone to use basic common sense and decency. Attempting to exploit loopholes in any of these rules will be handled accordingly by staff.

1️⃣ | Severity 1 | Warning ➔ 4+ Hour Mute

• Excessive tagging of users.

• Spamming (Sending 3+ of the same message).

• Chat flooding (Rapidly sending different messages).

• Disallowed topics: Religious, political, or highly conflicting in nature.

• Incorrect channel usage.

• Misuse of the ticket system (Spam-creating tickets with no purpose, saying "hi", or remaining silent).

• Causing drama.

2️⃣ | Severity 2 | 8+ Hour Mute

• Inappropriate topics, images, or voice chat (Violence, sexually explicit/NSFW content, etc.).

• Discrimination (Sexism, racism, homophobia, etc.).

• Harassment (Directed at a single individual or multiple people).

• Excessive or repeated toxicity (Directed at specific people).

• Advertisement links (Socials, unapproved Discord servers, etc.).

• Bypassing banned words.

3️⃣ | Severity 3 | Permanent Mute or Ban

• Deliberate death threats [Mute]

• Mass tagging of roles/users [Mute]

• Jokes about doxing someone [Ban]

• Doxing other people's information [Ban]

• Doxing photos of other people [Ban]

• IP logging jokes or threats [Ban]

• DDoS jokes or attacks [Ban]

• Bypassing punishments (Bypassing a temporary punishment will result in that punishment becoming permanent) [Ban]

• Distribution of Cheats [Ban]

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES _ _

• Exponential Punishments: For Severity 1 and 2 rules, repeat offenses will now result in exponentially harsher punishment lengths after the first infraction. (e.g., Severity 1: 1st Offense = 4h, 2nd Offense = 6h, 3rd Offense = 18h).

• Staff Discretion: Staff will always have the final say on the exact length and severity of your punishment based on past history.

• Disputes: You are welcome to dispute your punishment via the ticket system, but it must be handled respectfully.

• Staff Harassment: Any harassment directed at staff members will lead to additional punishments or a permanent escalation of your current punishment.
